“Are you a PEO?”

We get that question every day. The answer is no, we are not a PEO. We are your PEO Matchmakers. We have contractual relationships with approximately 50 PEOs, Payroll Service companies and HR outsourcing firms. We represent you, the employer, to the correct firm for your needs. You don’t need to get multiple quotes, we do that. You tell us about your company, what services you want, and what you want to spend. Then we use our combined experience and proprietary matching algorithms to come up with the one best solution for you.

How Do You Know The Right Solution?

Members of our staff that have been in the field since the mid ’90s. We have combined this experience and created a pattern analysis matching system to guide us through the process. It’s not fully automated, and it never will be, as there is no substitute for human experience and relationships. The feedback we receive from clients confirms that the matching system works. This allows us to succeed as matchmakers.

What If We’re Wrong?

It did happen, once. In 2006, we placed a company with the wrong PEO. An issue arose and part of our client’s payroll money was “lost.” While it was eventually recovered in full, we reimbursed the client beforehand. It was a learning experience for us. That client remains with us though, with the right HR outsourcing solution, and knows they can count on us. They, and others, rely on our service as matchmakers

So We Don’t Need to Get Multiple Quotes?

No, and we recommend against this. Most HR solutions involved workers’ compensation coverage. It is our experience that seeking multiple quotes will cause your information to appear to the selected group of insurance company underwriters multiple times, which raises a red flag. In order to get the best rates, indeed to get approved at all in some cases, red flags must be avoided.
