EmployerNomics today announced the start of a new grass roots ad campaign called “You Should Be Here.”

The videos, shot in a “grass roots” method, low budget or from a smart phone, feature our franchise owners in various favorable situations made possible by owning their own business, and having control of their time.

“It was 20 or so years ago, as I sat in the cockpit of a commercial airliner, realizing that this wasn’t the dream I always wanted.” Franchising CEO Will Tenney tells us, “I had no control of my time. Granted, the view from the office was beautiful but I was at the complete mercy of the airline as far as my time. That’s when I started formulating a plan to form a low overhead, residual income business, that would give me the freedom of my time.”

The pilot video, shown below, is meant to capture the concept that the following videos and ads will portray.
