John Will Tenney founded the Tenncom Group in 1995.

“We originally began as a website company. We provided websites for small businesses in the continental US. We still do this through MidFlorida Digital. In 2002 we became HR consultants, specializing in Workers’ Compensation. PEO Pros was licensed as an insurance agency in 2005. We specialized in workers’ compensation plans for PEOs. Additionally, we began finding clients for PEOs and Payroll companies almost immediately. This quickly became our main focus. In 2016 we re-branded as EmployerNomics and began a national satellite office network. Today, we have seven locations across the country, from Florida to Alaska.”

Kathleen Tenney joined the team in 2001. She currently acts as bookkeeper for EmployerNomics, and owns her own satellite office with her daughter Grace, EmployerNomics of Orlando.

“We are shoppers for HR services. Do you like to shop? Well do you like to shop for Payroll, Workers’ Comp Insurance, HR, Health Insurance etc? Probably not. How about letting us do the shopping for you?”

Kathleen founded her own business in 2019 and has the distinction of being the first satellite office to top the six figure profit mark. She is currently involved in training other satellite offices as a mentor.

Michael Murray is the senior marketing manager, the telemedecine program manager, and also the owner of EmployerNomics of Greenville, SC.

Michael is also the owner of Payroll Medics, a very successful Administrative Service Organization (ASO) that has offices in Greenville, Cocoa and Tampa.

Claudio Mayol is the owner of EmployerNomics of Kissimmee. He has the honor and distinction of not only being our first satellite office, but also our Manager of Cultural Relations. He has the ability to speak and understand several languages which assist us greatly in our business.

Claudio is also the owner of Vista Sports Management, a promotional company in St. Cloud, FL.

Melissa Bauder is the Chief Operating officer and Sales Manager of the company. Her expertise is in sales and HR management.
