Internship Without Leaving Home

We are accepting applications for virtual interns, both paid and non-paid positions (check with your school for rules.)

Our business is operated remotely at this point and should continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We are looking to add members to our growing team of HR outsourcing consultants.

You will learn the following:

  • Basic HR functions
  • Sales Methods and techniques
  • Business operations
  • Conducting online meetings
  • Advanced social media marketing
  • Time management
  • Business finances

You will also have the opportunity to learn the following essential, “soft” skills:

  • Team building
  • Professional networking
  • Executive conversations
  • Video conferencing
  • Building professional relationships
  • Forming strategic alliances

What is Involved?

Initially, the candidates who are accepted will complete a short, online training class of how our business works.
Following this, they will have assigned duties to their level of expectancy.

Here is a typical weekly schedule (all times Eastern Time Zone)

  • Monday: Sales Training: 9 am to 10 am
  • Monday: Strategic Partner Zoom Meeting: 11 am to 1145 am (bi-weekly)
  • Wednesday: Mid-week check in via Zoom or email: (half hour by appt)
  • Friday: Weekly report via Zoom or email: (varies – currently 10am)

It is possible we will offer full-time, paid positions to successful interns after the first semester. Scholarships are in the planning stage as well.
