Controller / CFO

Job Summary:

The Team provides direct support for the Sales Associates and Producers through the daily activities of EmployerNomics. Ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter, who works well in a highly automated, team environment.

Salary: $48,000 plus residuals and bonuses

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining technology and training in the CRM system
  • Training Management
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting duties
  • Actively working with Sales Associates and Producers to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to provide all basic information on all client services and direct clients accordingly
  • Corporate Greeter backup (overflow calls, breaks and fill in if necessary)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Business Management or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate in person and via digital media (including Zoom) orally and in writing with others to explain issues, receive and interpret information, and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to understand written and oral communication, and interpret abstract information.
  • Familiarity with computer and Open Office processing programs.
  • Ability to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.

Working Conditions

Large number of multiple steps in complex system performed with accuracy and speed is essential to the successful completion of tasks.
